Renee Guittar is a Twin Cities based dancer, actor, choreographer, and dance educator originally from Lincoln, Nebraska. Renee has performed at theaters such as The Guthrie, The Ordway, Chanhassen Dinner Theatres, Theater Latte Da and The Old Log Theater and is a member of Actor's Equity Association. Renee has had the incredible opportunity to perform with Collide Theatrical Dance Company in over 18 productions.

Renee has choreographed at theaters such as Artistry (Newsies), Chanhassen Dinner Theatres (Footloose), Theater Latte Da (Merrily We Roll Along), The History Theatre (I Am Betty), and Theatre in the Round (Treasure Island). Her choreography for students has been presented at the Cathedral Dance Festival Gala, Zenon Dance Zone, Young Artists Initiative, Spotlight Showcase, Cowles Center, and at numerous local high schools. Renee choreographed for main stage productions at Gustavus Adolphus College and represented Gustavus at the American College Dance Festival, where the adjudicators described her choreography as having “spot on clarity, sensitivity, nuance, and maturity.” In 2022, was the Resident Choreographer for Disney's Beauty & The Beast at the Ordway. 

From 2016-2024, Renee was a teaching artist with the Cowles Center. Through the Cowles Center Teaching Artist Program, Renee expanded her reach to students of all ages throughout the Twin Cities and nationally through video conferencing. Currently, Renee teaches ballet and jazz at Ashley Ballet Arts Academy.
